The planning stage is vital to a good network setup. We need to come and speak with you at length to gather information about how you work, what you work on and how you want to work.
This information allows us to gauge what sort of IT Solution is best for you to fit around what you want and what you have to have in order for it to function correctly and remain stable and usable as well as recoverable.
With this information we will plan and come back and explain fully what the benefits and as importantly, the limitation of your new solution.
We understand that the existing data and emails are vital and we take extra care to ensure all this is moved over to the new system.
When it comes to installing your new or replacement network, there is always going to be downtime and periods of disruption. At PC Matters, we understand that this can be inconvenient and that is why we aim to always try to install and configure most of the network out of hours or weekends to suit your business needs.
Once we have installed and part configured the hardware, we can perform a lot of the other duties remotely at times to suit your business.
Once we have installed the new system, we will spend time going over the features and guide you through any of the new technologies to make sure that you and your staff an maximise the full potential of it.
We offer a full range of after care services for our clients. These range from 24/7 monitoring of your system, part remote and phone support to full remote and phone support, through to all support needs covered for one monthly price.
We can also come and do one off fixes on-site, however, these are not advised as no one is watching out for any looming disasters which could be avoided if there was some sort of ongoing maintenance in place.
